Our mission at Allegiant Pilots for ALPA (G4P4A) is to ensure that Allegiant pilots receive the highest level of representation, transparency, and advocacy by electing the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) as our representative union. We believe in the strength and expertise that ALPA brings to the table, providing robust support and industry-leading resources to safeguard our professional interests.
Transparency is at the core of our values; we pledge to maintain clear and open communication with Allegiant pilots, fostering a democratic and inclusive environment.
Our goal is to empower Allegiant pilots with the representation they deserve, leveraging ALPA's proven track record in securing significant contractual gains and advocating for pilots' rights. Together, we strive to create a better, more secure future for all Allegiant pilots.
Our Volunteers
At Allegiant Pilots for ALPA (G4P4A), our strength lies in the dedication and commitment of our extensive volunteer network, which spans all 24 of Allegiant's domiciles. Our volunteers are passionate Allegiant pilots who selflessly donate their time, talent, and, in many cases, their own financial resources to enhance the representation of their fellow pilots.
Our diverse group of volunteers brings extensive knowledge, working tirelessly to ensure that every Allegiant pilot's voice is heard and their needs are prioritized. They are the backbone of our effort, driving initiatives, advocating for better conditions, and striving to secure industry-leading representation through ALPA.
